In response to a written application from a prospective property purchaser or his/her agent, certification will be provided as whether there are any

(1) outstanding weed control notices on the property,
(2)outstanding fees or charges in relation to weed control notices and
(3)charges against the land resulting from previous weed control notices.

However a prospective purchaser should be aware that a clearance as stated on a section 64 certificate does not necessarily have any relevance to the general and existing weeds status of the property . It only indicates if there are any outstanding notices, fees or charges on the land in relation to weed control .
